Cancellation Policy

We value the time and needs of every client and staff member.  To ensure we can accommodate as many clients as possible, we ask that you cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours ADVANCE notice prior to your appointment.  If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your service. Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged a No-Show fee of 100% of the total cost of your service.  To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call or text 432-296-0299 or visit hairitagebeauty.glossgenius.com Please arrive on time for your appointment.  We permit a 15-minute grace period.  If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your service. We require a credit card on file and to book an appointment online.  You will be charged 50% of the total cost of your service at time of booking.  The remaining balance will be charged when the service is complete.  You will receive a full refund if you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ ADVANCE notice.   Multiple rescheduled or missed appointments will result in the client being required to pay for the entire service in advance to guarantee booking. In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel an appointment.  If we cancel with less than 24 hours’ advance notice, we will reschedule as soon as possible and offer you a 20% discount on your next service. All of our hair services are non-refundable, but if you are not 100% satisfied with anything, please let us know right away.  We will do our best to make any adjustments while you are here, ensuring that you leave with a look that you love. Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse service in situations that pose a health or safety risk to our clients and staff.  This includes instances of lice, open wounds, contagious illnesses, skin infections and aggressive behavior.
